Singing Valentine Delivery, Friday, February 13th, 2004
Every valentine has story. These are just a few of them.
I was the "fifth man" for the "Mark Brosseau Quartet" for the
Friday part of our singing valentines effort this year.
The quartet consisted of Mark Brosseau as Lead, Aaron
Tredwell as Tenor, Roger Martin as Baritone, and
Bob Lafond as Bass.
"Fifth man" is a new position this year, and his primary
purpose is to take the polaroid picture of the recipient
with the quartet, which picture is also a new addition to
our package for this year. In my case, and probably this
was true for most of the quartets, I also handled the
flowers and the candy, and generally tried to do everything
I could to allow the other four guys to focus on doing
what they needed to do: deliver a heartfelt valentine.
In my case, I didn't confine myself to just taking the
polaroid. I brought my digital camera and snaped a
"few" other shots as well.

time was had by all. Well, we're fairly
sure all the recipients enjoyed it...we know we did.
